Rebecca Perlmutter, MA

Rebecca Perlmutter is a Senior Associate at Innovation Network and supports foundation and nonprofit partners such as Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Alliance for Early Success, and the Colorado Health Foundation. She has extensive experience working with nonprofits to support strategic planning and learning and evaluation projects focused on advocacy and policy change for social justice. Rebecca is committed to evaluation approaches that are collaborative, equitable, and support participant ownership.

Prior to joining Innovation Network, Rebecca was an embedded monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) specialist at Oxfam America for over a decade. She facilitated learning processes for national, regional, and global policy advocacy and campaigns teams and supported them to develop and implement MEL systems. She also designed and led policy advocacy MEL trainings for staff and partners and developed resources for a toolkit on MEL for influencing. She has held consultancies with international NGOs and worked for the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

Rebecca has a Master’s in International Affairs from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a BA in Political Science (Honors) from Bates College. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys reading, hiking with her dog, and running.
