Unique methods in advocacy evaluation

This brief describes four methods that were developed specifically for use in advocacy evaluation. All four methods have been tested in real-life evaluations, and were developed to be relevant, timely, and efficient. The four methods covered include (1) Bellwether Methodology, (2) Policymaker Ratings, (3) Intense Period Debriefs, and (4) System Mapping.
